Paris court barrister – M&A and Private Equity
Priscille joined the firm at the end of her 6-month internship in our team for her first collaboration. She assists the firm’s clients alongside Ariane Olive. In this capacity, she is involved in the legal follow-up of companies as well as in fund raising, acquisition and disposal operations for French and foreign clients.

EDUCATION
Originally from Nancy, Priscille studied in Strasbourg. She holds a Master II in business law and a DJCE. She is a member of the Mediadroit association, which works to support law students, and has organised several legal advice competitions in business law.
What you won’t see in her CV: Beware of the seasoned pastry chef ! Priscille has a perfect command of the whisk for the pavlova that she prepares to perfection, but she also has a passion for English boxing, which she has been practising for years ! One must always beware of sleeping water, with this great wine lover!
