She’s crazy about deals! Acquisitions, transfers, raising capital, restructuring…
Ariane handles equity operations on a daily basis, but also partnering or disengagement issues, for which she has developed a “Spark method” based on coaching and mediation.
Because she is first and foremost an entrepreneur, “building” is her favourite verb: specifications, solutions, risk management tools for her clients, or even a firm, a team and all sorts of projects: according to her, everything is built!

EDUCATION
After obtaining a Bachelor of Laws from KING’S COLLEGE in London, she developed an international clientele for which she negotiates and drafts international commercial contracts in English (services, distribution, licences, cooperation, joint ventures, partnerships).
Formerly a lecturer at the University of Paris XII, she regularly takes part in training courses, conferences and breakfasts, in both French and English.
She has thus been involved for several years in HEC’s Executive MBAs, as well as in the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s “Repreneurs Club”, having often participated in INSEAD‘s “Your First Hundred Days” sessions.
Ariane also frequently hosts round tables or breakfasts focusing on topics relating to business takeovers and transfers.
Ariane is a member of the APM network in which she has chaired a business executives’ club, and is actively involved in a number of networks in private equity field. She has also been an expert for Pépinière Paris Pionnières for many years.
She is perpetually striving to be ever closer to her entrepreneurial clients.
Something you will not find on her CV: Ariane is an avid and diligent sailor, as well as an adventurous gourmet… and karaoke singer!
