When he is not reading Churchill’s memoir (which he began with the intention of learning it all off by heart…), Mathieu is a collaborator in SPARK’s department of business law, which he joined after having completed his final Lille lawyers’ school internship there.

Mathieu assists the firm’s clients alongside Ariane, mainly in the realm of equity financing operations, acquisitions/transfers, capital ownership restructuring, and the drafting of commercial contracts.
EDUCATION
Mathieu graduated from Université de Lille with a Master 2 in business law, in partnership with the EDHEC Business School.
What you will not find on his CV: Mathieu loves cooking (Italian food in particular… well, especially pasta), and he does it religiously with sound advice from his family. When he is not in the kitchen, Mathieu can be found living the dolce vita at the foot of Montmartre hill, going to hard rock concerts, or off on a road trip!
