Pierrick Bouchard is a tax lawyer. He can analyze a tax file without blinking. When faced with a reassessment proposal, he smiles. However, a Conseil d’État ruling that begins with “Considering that…” makes him cry inwardly.
He supports companies as well as individuals in restructuring and investment projects. In addition, he helps them manage daily tax issues, particularly those involving wealth. He also provides assistance during tax audits and litigation.
Rather than seeing tax issues as obstacles, Pierrick turns them into pragmatic levers. As a result, business leaders rely on him to secure their decisions. They also count on him to structure operations with rigor, efficiency and creativity.

He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Paris V Descartes University and was admitted to the Bar in 2016. After ten years in a renowned international law firm, he joined SPARK in 2025 as a partner. By leading the tax department, he strengthens the firm’s expertise in the tax aspects of M&A, Private Equity and complex restructurings.
In taxation, optimism is not deductible. Nevertheless, Pierrick offsets it with expertise and transforms it into results.
