Founded by Véronique Préaux-Cobti, Diafora is a consulting firm dedicated to promoting gender diversity in leadership within companies. For over 15 years, Diafora has been working within executive committees, alongside managers and HR populations, to focus on their own alignment, both individually and collectively. Through this strategic transaction, Humans Matter asserts its commitment to supporting social, societal, economic, and environmental transitions by prioritizing the human factor. The combined expertise of Diafora and Humans Matter will strengthen the company’s offerings and content, particularly in the areas of gender diversity and female leadership.

Véronique Préaux-Cobti comments: “Thanks to a deep legal expertise and a nuanced understanding of our challenges, Spark guided us skillfully to successfully complete this sale within an ambitious timeline. The team showed great pedagogical skills and was very attentive. This close and supportive collaboration was decisive for the success of the transaction.
