Spark Avocats appoints two new partners in Corporate/M&A/Private Equity

Something new at Spark Avocats. The firm announces the appointment of Mathieu Ducceschi and Florian Mayor as partners within its Corporate/M&A/Private Equity department.

Lawyers within the firm for several years, they support executives, founders and investment funds in their disposal operations, business acquisitions, as well as fundraising.

This appointment marks a new step in the structuring of the firm and recognizes the commitment of Mathieu and Florian to their French and international clients, as well as their contribution to the development of Spark Avocats.
