The business law firm Spark Avocats advises the Performer Group in refinancing its senior debt for an amount of 25 million euros.
The Spark Avocats team, led by Ariane Olive, Florian Mayor, Sonia Codazzi, and Grégoire Farez, advised Performer, a company acquired in 2019 by a search fund, in the restructuring of its debt totaling 25 million euros.
This strategic operation enables the continuation and acceleration of its development, as well as the exit of minority investors.
Based south of Lyon in Taluyers, the Performer Group, a distributor of numerically controlled machine tools, employs 80 people in France and internationally.
The group sells 500 machining centers annually and has 3,500 clients, subcontractors, and major contractors in various sectors (aerospace, space, defense, automotive, etc.). The Performer Group, which generates a turnover of 52 million euros, records one-third of its turnover abroad.
In 2018, Spark had supported the acquisition of the Performer Group and the structuring of this acquisition (Search Fund).
Bruno Léa, President of Performer, comments: “We have been working with Spark for many years. Benefiting from their expertise in financing for this strategic operation for our group allowed us to confirm the relevance of this team in all our key projects. All of this in a consistently calm atmosphere.”
