Florian Mayor is a business lawyer, specialized in M&A and Private Equity. He advises founders, executives and investment funds in their strategic transactions, including fundraising, sales and acquisitions (LBO, MBO, MBI, search funds…).
He is particularly involved in high-stakes operations, combining a strategic insight, negotiation skills and legal structuring, with a constant focus on helping his clients execute their deals under optimal conditions.
He also advises his clients on financing, structuring and development matters, including the development of franchise networks in France and internationally.
Committed to working closely with his clients, Florian acts as a trusted partner in their strategic decision-making processes.
He was appointed Counsel in 2024 and Partner in 2026.

EDUCATION:
Originally from the Nice region, Florian holds a Master’s degree in international business law from the Aix en Provence business law institute and a DJCE. He left the Promenade des Anglais to join the EFB in Paris after obtaining the CRFPA.
What you won’t see in his CV:
Florian likes to travel, scour restaurants for culinary discoveries, and combine the two previous items! He loves cooking, baking (especially tasting them even if he can make some), wine (and pastis), and humor in all its forms!
