Mathieu Ducceschi is a business lawyer, specialized in M&A and Private Equity.
He advises founders, executives, growing companies and investment funds in their fundraising, sale and acquisition operations (LBO, MBO, MBI, search funds…).
He also supports clients in their partnership projects or in opening their capital to their close circle.

Mathieu graduated from Université de Lille with a Master 2 in business law, in partnership with the EDHEC Business School.
What you will not find on his CV:
Mathieu loves cooking (Italian food in particular… well, especially pasta), and he does it religiously with sound advice from his family. When he is not in the kitchen, Mathieu can be found living the dolce vita at the foot of Montmartre hill, going to hard rock concerts, or off on a road trip!
